ANALYSIS OF FEEDBACK REPORT 2021-2022

Feedback Committee had organized meeting of alumni under the chairmanship of the Principal. There were total 25 alumni present. Alumni Committee Coordinator, Prof. S. M. Jadhav was also present on this occasion. Feedback committee coordinator, Dr. V. H. Raut addressed the meeting and explained the role of feedback committee, in future planning and development of the students. Dr J. M. Pande, IQAC coordinator told that feedback form was designed to seek their suggestions about the college. There were 17 Questions, it was multiply choice based questions. Four point scale was used- very good, good , satisfactory and unsatisfactory. The questions asked were as follows.

  • 1. The College is keeping up with the changing time.100 % Students noted that the college was keeping up with the changing time.
  • 2. The College is empowered to help students achieve their goal. 64% students wrote that the college was empowered to help students achieve their goal very good and 36 % told that college doing good.
  • 3. Students are well versed with information and communication technology used in classrooms. 64 % students wrote very good, 36 % students wrote good, students were well versed with information and communication technology used in classrooms.
  • 4. The administration of the college is dynamic in nature. 72 % Alumni told very good, 28 % told that good, the administration of the college was dynamic in nature.
  • 5. The College is equipped with sufficient number of computers. 60 % and 40% alumni told that very good and good respectively the college was equipped with sufficient number of computers.
  • 6. College library is updated from time to time. 72 % alumni told very good, 24 % told good and 4% was satisfied about up gradation of college library.
  • 7. College has long term plan for better future of students. 48 % Alumni told very good,48 % alumni good and 04 % were satisfied about college future plan for students
  • 8. Satisfied with the sports and other facilities available in the college. 64 % alumni wrote very good, 32% alumni wrote good,04 % wrote they were satisfactory with the sports and other facilities available in the college
  • 9. Enhancement in the quality of teachers over a period of time. 80 % alumni wrote very good, 20 % alumni wrote good, teacher had enhancement the their quality over a period of time.
  • 10. Visible and marked benefits in students’ personalities from the enhanced quality of teachers. 92 % alumni wrote very good, 08 % Alumni wrote good,Visible and marked benefits in students’ personalities from the enhanced quality of teachers.
  • 11. College actively involves in social work. 36 % Alumni wrote very good, 52 % alumni wrote good, 12 % alumni wrote they were satisfactory. College actively involved in social work time to time
  • 12. Help provided to the needy and poor students. 36 % alumni wrote very good, 52 % alumni wrote good, 11.54 % alumni wrote they were satisfied and 12 % alumni wrote they were not satisfied, College provided help to needy and poor students.
  • 13. Yours contribution in the development of the college. 60 % Alumni wrote very good and 40 % alumni wrote good their contribution was in the development of college.
  • 14. Students are motivated by valuing their efforts through periodic motivation in the form of prizes. 76 % alumni wrote very good and 12 % wrote good, 08% alumni wrote satisfactory and 04 % wrote unsatisfied ,Students was motivated by valuing their efforts through periodic motivation in the form of prizes.
  • 15. Students are trained to participate in cultural Programs ( Dance,Dramaetc) 88. % alumni wrote very good and 12 % alumni wrote good, Students were trained to participate in cultural Programs when they were regular students. College was called some trainee for training of students . ( Dance,Dramaetc)
  • 16. Satisfied with the facility provide for competitive guidance center. 68 % alumni wrote very good and 32 % alumni wrote good,college had provided satisfied facilities for competitive guidance. College had guidance cell.
  • 17. Satisfied with the social activities taken up by the college. 52 percent alumni wrote very good and 48 percent alumni wrotegood, the college had took satisfied social activities.
  • 18. Suggestion for holistic development of the college.

There were total 25 respondents, but some respondent wrote suggestion.

  • 2. There should be B.COM here.
  • 3. There should be regular competitive classes
  • 4. There should be in door game.
  • 5. There should be open Gym.
  • 6. There should be gate for Compound wall.

Students Overall Evolution of the programme and College

Feedback Committee had taken feedback of the students who completed the course. There were a total of 62 students in the final year. There were Female 44 and 18 male. But feedback committee took feedback of 30 percent (18 students) students. Committee had given feedback form by hand to the students. Committee told them to give response freely. There were three types of questions 1. Educational 2. College and Administrative Infrastructure and 3. Extra Curricular Activities. Analysis of the feedback form is as below.
